Responsibilities
- Oversee cooking: Check that Assistant Chefs and Chefs follow recipes and maintain taste/quality for both Veg & Non-Veg
- Food prep planning: Ensure ingredients are prepped on time for lunch/dinner rush
- Hygiene & Safety: Enforce SFA/Food Hygiene standards. Check cleanliness of kitchen, storage, and equipment
- Wastage control: Monitor stock usage and minimize food wastage
