Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:
Assist with maintaining accurate financial records, including data entry, reconciliations, and transaction processing.
Client Account Management:
Support the management of client accounts, including invoicing, payment tracking, and responding to client inquiries.
Financial Reporting:
Help prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries for internal use and client distribution.
Document Management:
Organize and maintain financial documents and records, ensuring they are accurate and readily accessible.
Office Administration:
Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and handling correspondence.
Compliance:
Ensure that financial practices and documentation comply with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Support:
Provide assistance to senior accountants and auditors as needed, including preparation for audits and tax filings.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
1- 2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is preferred.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
