Role Description The Undergraduate Research Assistant role at Atlas Workspace is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. The Research Assistant will support ongoing projects by reviewing academic papers, organizing references, and summarizing key findings in clear, structured formats. Daily tasks include conducting literature searches, assisting with data collection and basic analysis, and maintaining accurate documentation of research workflows. The role also involves collaborating with team members to test and refine features of the workspace, providing feedback on usability and research workflows. The assistant will contribute to reports, presentations, and internal documentation to support research transparency and team communication.
Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret research findings and identify patterns.
• Solid Research experience, including literature review and information synthesis.
• Clear and effective Communication skills for writing summaries and collaborating with the team.
• Basic Laboratory Skills or familiarity with empirical research methods, where relevant to project needs.
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed an undergraduate program in a relevant field (e.g., science, engineering, social science, information science).
• Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and comfort working with digital tools and databases.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Singapore and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Interest in research methodology, academic publishing, and technology that supports scientific work is highly beneficial.
