Role Description This is a full-time, on-site 3D Designer role based in Klang. The 3D Designer will create and refine 3D concepts and visualizations for inflatable structures, balloon décor, and branded installations, ensuring designs are realistic, structurally feasible, and aligned with client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing 3D models, setting up lighting and materials, producing renderings for client presentations, and collaborating closely with sales, production, and installation teams. The role involves interpreting briefs, preparing design proposals, revising concepts based on feedback, and ensuring final design files are ready for printing, fabrication, and installation. The 3D Designer is expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and contribute creative ideas to enhance the visual impact of brand activations and events.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in 3D Design and 3D Modeling for products, installations, or environmental concepts.
• Competence in Graphic Design to create supporting visuals, layouts, and branding elements.
• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D and design software (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
• (Preferred-not necessary) Relevant diploma or degree in 3D Design, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate client briefs into clear design concepts.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Experience in event, advertising, or experiential design is an advantage; familiarity with fabrication or installation processes is beneficial.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
