Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Junior Talent Acquisition – IT Recruiter to support our hiring needs for IT and technology roles. This role is ideal for early-career recruiters who want to build a career in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle

Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers

Understand basic IT job requirements and technologies

Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Support onboarding and documentation activities

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Required Skills & Competencies
Basic understanding of IT roles & technologies (Software, Infra, Cybersecurity – preferred)

Good communication skills (English required; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus)

Strong interpersonal and coordination skills

Good In Excel

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and good time management

Qualifications
