We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with strong experience in managing Professional Services engagements to join our team. In this role, you will lead large-scale, complex regional programmes, focusing on End-User Computing (EUC), VM migration, and RPE-related projects. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver capable of managing multiple cross-workstream dependencies and ensuring delivery on a timeline-sensitive schedule. You will bridge the gap between external customers/stakeholders and our internal delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Programme Management: Oversee large, complex regional programmes involving multiple business units, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Delivery & Governance: Maintain strict delivery governance using Jira and Confluence for tracking risks, dependencies, issues, and reporting.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface for external customers and internal stakeholders. Proactively drive decision-making and ensure alignment across all parties to meet tight deadlines.
• Dependency Management: Identify potential bottlenecks and risks early in the project lifecycle, proactively managing cross-workstream dependencies to prevent schedule slips.
• Infrastructure & Migration Focus: Lead project delivery for infrastructure setup and cloud migration initiatives, applying System Integration (SI) best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven track record in managing Professional Services engagements with a focus on:
• EUC (End-User Computing)
• VM Migration
• RPE-related projects
• Infrastructure & Cloud: Hands-on experience with SI (System Integration) projects, specifically involving infrastructure setup and large-scale cloud migrations.
• Tooling: Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence for task tracking, documentation, and reporting.
• Communication: Excellent ability to coordinate across diverse teams, including external customers and internal technical delivery squads.
• Leadership: Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment and steer projects that have high cross-workstream complexity and sensitivity to timelines.
