About the role

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for daily site execution, worker supervision, subcontractor coordination, workmanship and site productivity. This is a hands-on site role, not an office-based coordinator position. You will manage workers, understand construction sequence, check workmanship and ensure planned work is completed on site.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction and interior fit-out works on site

• Manage and coordinate workers and subcontractors

• Ensure works are carried out according to drawings and instructions

• Plan daily work activities together with the Project Manager and Project Coordinator

• Monitor worker attendance, productivity and overtime

• Allocate workers according to trade, skill and site requirements

• Check workmanship and rectify issues before QA/QC inspection

• Monitor materials, tools and equipment at site

• Ensure site housekeeping and safe working practices

• Report daily progress, manpower and site issues to the Project Coordinator/Project Manager

About you

• Certificate, Diploma or relevant construction qualification preferred

• Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience preferred

• Experience in interior fit-out, renovation or building construction is an advantage

• Strong practical understanding of construction/site works

• Able to read and understand construction drawings

• Able to manage workers and subcontractors firmly and professionally

• Good problem-solving and coordination skills

• Willing to work on site and outstation when required

• Possess own transport and valid driving licence preferred
