Core Responsibilities

• Manage the admin team & processes
• Monitor SSG receivables
• Develop & monitor TPQA
• Testing of TMS

Key Duties

• Needs Analysis: Identify training gaps within the organization.
• Training Coordination: Schedule of courses & assigning trainers.
• Performance Tracking: Maintain training records and track employee progress.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality audits and implement improvement plans on Trainers
• Coaching & Mentoring: Provide support to employees and junior trainers.
• Any duties assign by the company

Essential Skills

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Training & Learning management systems (TMS & LMS).
