Attic Group Hiring! Full Time Outlet Supervisor (Convenient Store) in Melaka, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily store operations
• Monitor staff performance and assist with staff scheduling
• Handle stock management including stock counting and inventory control
• Prepare and submit purchase orders to suppliers
• Receive and check stock deliveries to ensure accuracy
• Ensure products are properly displayed and shelves are well stocked
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and overall store standards
• Prepare basic sales and stock reports when required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or store supervision is preferred
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Responsible, organized and able to work independently
• Basic computer and inventory management skills
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
