About the role

This role involves managing Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions and ensuring accurate, timely billing to customers. You will handle daily AR activities, follow up on outstanding receivables, resolve payment-related issues, and prepare month-end AR reports.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate and completely billings to customers.
• Perform daily Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions, including posting of invoices, credit notes and receipts.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection in accordance with approved credit terms.
• Monitoring closely with customer on outstanding invoices and providing updates on payment status.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve invoice-related disputes professionally.
• Resolve payment related issues, escalate & follow up with relevant department if necessary.
• Handle and monitoring of credit cards collection.
• Perform month end AR closing activities and prepare AR reports.
• Undertake any ad hoc assignments as and when required.

About you

• Possess minimum a Degree in Accountancy preferably with a recognized professional accounting qualification.
• Knowledge on accounting software SAPB1 would be additional advantage.
• Minimum 1-2 years related work experience.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Good command of English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skill to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
