Early Years Educator (EY2 / L1) – Join Our Growing Team!

Key Responsibilities

• Foster a safe, caring, and engaging classroom environment for young learners.
• Plan and deliver fun, developmentally appropriate learning experiences that support children's growth.
• Monitor, record, and evaluate each child's progress and developmental milestones.
• Build strong partnerships with parents, fellow educators, and the wider community.
• Encourage children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through positive interactions.

Requirements

• ECDA-certified EY2 or L1 qualification.
• EY2: Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• L1: Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education (ACECCE).
• A genuine passion for early childhood education with a caring, patient, and responsible attitude.
