Barth Asia Hiring! Full Time QA-QC Executive in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

· Ensure the QA/QC system in place are relevant, efficient and effective at all time.

· Ensure each product specs and quality standard, printing and packaging material etc requirement.

· Review and ensure each in-line and pre-shipment inspection report are clear, complete and compliance with procedures, requirement and expectation from the customers.

· Exceptional reporting and further investigation for the non compliance of the reports given.

· Factory visitation and meeting to review and understand the production process and QA/QC system.

· In-charge personally for the in-line and pre-shipment inspection for the export shipment if needed.

· Handle routine in-coming shipment product specs and quality control, laboratory testing and reporting.

· Ensure all suppliers product testing reports and certification are available and properly documented.

· Ensure QC tools, accessories and materials are in good condition and available and usable all at time.

· Routine review and report on competitor product specs and quality standards with laboratory testing and reporting.

· Provide product training and technical supports internally and also, for the customers.

· Work close with Sales and Purchasing team on the product specs and quality standard development and requirement.

· Assist in site visitation, evaluation and readiness plus measurement for quotation by sales personnel.

· Ensure the requirement and expectation by the customers are fulfilled by our flooring installers at site.

· On completion of each job site, complete the check-list and hand-over procedures to customer with documentation.

· After sales services and supports including complaints and claim handlings with site visitation and evaluation.

· Assist in the new product sourcing and development as well as new factory.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
