Job Description

• Assist the WSH Officer / Project Manager in implementing the company's safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions.
• Assist in preparing and updating Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Method Statements.
• Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings and site inductions for workers.
• Monitor workers' compliance with safety requirements and PPE usage.
• Assist in incident/accident investigations and prepare reports.
• Maintain safety records, inspection checklists, permits and training records.
• Coordinate safety-related training and ensure workers have the required certificates.
• Monitor work activities such as working at height, lifting operations, scaffolding, excavation and use of machinery.
• Follow up on corrective actions from site inspections and safety audits.
• Liaise with subcontractors, workers and relevant safety personnel on WSH matters.
• Assist during MOM/WSH, client and ISO audits/inspections.
• Carry out other safety-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Relevant WSH/Safety qualification or certificate recognised in Singapore.
• Construction site experience is preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore WSH Act, regulations and construction safety requirements.
• Good knowledge of Risk Assessment, SWP and workplace safety practices.
• Able to conduct toolbox meetings and communicate with workers.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Able to work independently at construction sites.
• Computer skills for preparing safety reports and records.

Pay: $1,800.00 - $3,600.00 per month
