Golden City Plastic Hiring! Full Time Process Engineer in Johor, Earn up to MYR 3,100 - Ricebowl

1. To ensure all parts produced are manufactured within required machine scheduling.

2. To ensure that all processes and equipment used in manufacturing are appropriate and capable of producing product within their respective quality specification and meeting the fixed cost requirement.

3. To ensure that products are produced according to the customers’ requirement.

4. To provide technical support to production during mould set up, model changes and mass production.

5. Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the activities of the injection molding processes in order to meet company objective of quality, delivery and cost.

6. Responsible for the competent staffing of the division and for continuous training of personnel so that they are able to effectively address both technical and business needs of the company in the area of product quality, cost and processing.

7. Work together with Engineering Division as a team to develop processes to keep manufacturing operation technically advanced with the highest quality and cost competitive. (Reduced cycle time, reduced mold set up time, reduced rejection and etc)

8. Plan and execute process control self audits to improve process control on part quality and process performance.

9. Responsible to fulfill guideline ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, IATF16949:2016, AS9100:2016.

10. To undertake others assigned or directed by superior from time to time.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
