Job Summary
You will collect and deliver goods safely and timely to customers, follow structured routes with dispatch support, and maintain courteous service while handling various cargo types.
Responsibilities
Collect and deliver cooked food and general cargo to customers without requiring set-up
Ensure safe receipt, retrieval, and dispatch of goods to customers in a courteous and timely manner
Follow structured delivery routes with support from dispatch
Communicate basic information clearly in English to support delivery tasks
Use mobile applications effectively to manage delivery operations
Carry loads ranging from 5kg to 30kg safely during deliveries
Perform overtime work as required to meet delivery schedules
Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative to support team goals
Required competencies and certifications
Hold a valid Class 3 or Class 4 driving license for van and lorry operation
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Physically fit to carry loads between 5kg and 30kg
Able to communicate and write basic English
Able to understand the use of mobile applications
