Your new company

They are now looking for a mature Facility Manager to manage their industrial facilities and offices in Hong Kong.

Your new role
Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for leading all building, infrastructure, and workplace operations across a large-scale industrial and corporate environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, enhancement, and regulatory compliance of the organisation's physical assets.

  • Lead the overall operation, maintenance, and performance of facilities, infrastructure, and building services.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance and asset management strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
  • Manage facility improvement, refurbishment, and capital projects.
  • Oversee service providers, contracts, budgets, and operational expenditures.
  • Lead and develop the facilities team while supporting business continuity and operational excellence.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree holder in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, Property Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience managing facilities, engineering operations, or large-scale assets.
  • Proven leadership experience managing in-house teams and external contractors.
  • Strong knowledge of building services, maintenance planning, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in budgeting, contract administration, and project management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
