Take ownership of structural projects from site execution to completion. You’ll lead site operations, manage contractors, timelines, costs and quality while working closely with QS, suppliers and project stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–8 years of construction experience
• Mandarin speaker required
• Structural works experience is MUST HAVE
• Experience with residential, commercial or high-rise projects
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of structural systems, materials & construction methods
• Familiar with BQ, tendering and cost control
• Knowledge of local construction regulations & authority requirements
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to independently manage projects and site teams

What You’ll Lead:

• Manage daily site progress, timelines, manpower & resources
• Coordinate contractors and site teams
• Monitor workmanship, structural quality & safety compliance
• Review BQ, cost estimates, tenders and supplier quotations
• Coordinate with QS on progress claims, valuations & certifications
• Manage and document Variation Orders (VOs)
• Monitor project budgets and cost comparisons
• Resolve site and structural issues
• Maintain progress reports, records & site documentation
• Ensure projects meet required timeline, cost and quality standards
