Active Tech Leadership: Currently hands-on in coding, architecture design, and direct technical execution.
Track Record in Agility: Demonstrated success in small, high-growth startup environments or modernized agile corporate teams.
Bonus: Formal managerial or team leadership experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Skills Required
Advanced programming and software engineering capabilities (production-grade code execution).
Enterprise solution architecture with a focus on scalable Data & AI integration.
