As a JTC Management Associate, you'll get hands-on exposure across JTC's key functions through structured rotations, dedicated mentorship, and real work that contributes to Singapore's industrial future.

What makes JTC different? JTC goes beyond industrial estates. As Singapore's Building & Infrastructure Centre of Excellence (B&I CentEx), we deliver national projects spanning coastal protection, large-scale infrastructure, reclamation works, and sustainability initiatives — from the Punggol Digital District to the new Outward Bound Singapore Coney Campus.

Key facts about the MAP:

• 11-month structured programme with two rotations across JTC's key functions

• Open to fresh graduates and those with less than two years of work experience

• All disciplines welcome, especially STEM

• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only

• Dedicated mentorship and senior leadership engagement throughout

• Successful graduates are emplaced as permanent officers upon completion
