Job Title: Technical Operations Manager

Location: Singapore

Salary Range: SGD 4600- SGD 5200 per month

Job Summary We are seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and solutions-oriented Technical Operations Manager to oversee our infrastructure uptime, production systems, and cross-functional engineering deployment. In this role, you will lead daily technical operations, manage incident response workflows, and optimize system architectures to drive operational excellence. Partnering closely with Software Engineering, Product Management, Quality Assurance, and external vendors, you will turn complex technical ecosystems into stable, secure, and highly scalable business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Governance: Direct, coordinate, and monitor daily technical operations, server/cloud infrastructure health, and production environments to maximize system uptime.
• Incident Management: Lead rapid incident triage, root-cause failure analysis (RCFA), and post-mortem review pipelines to quickly mitigate complex system disruptions.
• Process Re-engineering: Evaluate existing workflow infrastructures, deploying automation frameworks and CI/CD parameters to eliminate manual inefficiencies and system waste.
• Vendor & SLA Oversight: Manage strategic technical alignments and contract parameters with external infrastructure suppliers, cloud hosts, and hardware vendors.
• Compliance & Security Control: Ensure all technical operations and data configurations strictly align with internal governance policies and local personal data regulations (such as PDPA).
• Metrics Tracking: Monitor operational key performance indicators (such as system latency, server loads, deployment frequencies, and error rates) to structure regular status reports for executive leadership.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience: Demonstrated professional track record in technical operations management, systems engineering leadership, or enterprise cloud infrastructure tracking.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep operational fluency with infrastructure tools, cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), network topologies, or systems architecture management.
• Competencies: Strong systematic troubleshooting capabilities, clear logic under high-pressure system incidents, and an objective problem-solving approach.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills to align cross-functional regional engineering crews and translate technical errors into clear business priorities.

Pay: $4,600.00 - $5,200.00 per month
