Role Description

• Host live selling sessions featuring luxury handbags and accessories
• Engage with viewers in real time, answering questions and building buyer confidence
• Clearly communicate product details, including brand, materials, condition, and pricing
• Drive urgency and conversions through strong on-camera sales presence
• Support inventory handling, preparation, and organization during live sessions
• Partner with moderators and studio team to execute seamless live shows
• Maintain a polished, professional presence aligned with brand standards

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear speaking, confident on-camera presence, and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on building rapport, handling inquiries, and resolving concerns professionally.
• Sales skills, including product presentation, upselling, and supporting the closing of sales in a live commerce environment.
• Training experience or the ability to learn quickly and share product knowledge effectively with customers and team members.
• Passion for fashion and luxury brands, with an interest in sustainability and pre-owned goods.
• Ability to work on-site in Singapore, including evenings or weekends as needed for live events.
• Prior experience in retail, live hosting, broadcasting, or social media content creation is an advantage.
