Responsibilities
Primary skills : tosca
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Appium for mobile applications .
- Execute automated and manual tests to validate application functionality and performance .
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to define test requirements and strategies.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues found during testing .
- Perform regression testing and compatibility testing across various mobile devices .
- Maintain and update test frameworks and tools to align with application changes.
- Generate detailed test reports and provide feedback to stakeholders.
- Stay current with emerging testing tools, techniques, and best practices .
- Proven experience in mobile automation testing using Appium (1–5+ years depending on level)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript .
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum practices .
- Experience with Selenium for web automation is a plus .
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and Maven .
- Knowledge of RESTful API testing and mobile OS platforms (iOS/Android) .
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
