Responsibilities
Position: Store Manager
Location: VivoCity, Singapore
Role Summary
Manage front-of-house operations, sales, service and staffing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily opening, trading and closing
- Plan front-of-house rosters, station rotation and training
- Follow up sales, customer issues, cash and inventory
- Check service, display, hygiene and food safety
- Report issues and results to the Operations Manager
Requirements
- Experience: At least 3 years of F&B, bakery or retail store-management experience.
- Education: Polytechnic Diploma
- Language: Able to use both English and Mandarin for workplace communication and customer service.
- Other: Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Key Skills: Store operations, sales, customer service, rostering, cash, inventory, team leadership
Work Schedule
6 working days per week, 9 hours per day, based on the roster.
