We're looking to hire someone for Singapore. The company is Bless Brothers and it's a furniture retail business in Singapore.

Bless Brothers is looking for a powerful, hands on sales leader who knows how to build a winning team and smash sales targets.

This is not a desk job. We need someone who will be on the showroom floor, coaching the team daily, conducting role play sessions, improving sales pitches, handling objections and showing the team how to close deals.

You must be:

• A proven leader with a strong sales track record
• An energetic and highly motivating sales coach
• Confident in conducting daily role plays and training
• Excellent at closing deals and handling objections
• Target driven, disciplined and accountable
• Experienced in retail sales; furniture or luxury retail experience is a major advantage
• Someone who leads from the front and brings out the best in every salesperson
• Candidate must work on weekends
