SENIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

TOPO Design Studio is a well-established, boutique company specializing in designing luxury resort and hotel developments, committed to producing innovative, inspiring, high-quality spaces all over the world. We are looking for a professional, talented, and experienced Senior Landscape Architect to join our team, based in Singapore.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Develop client briefs into world-class designs

·        Be productive in all areas of the design process, including design, documentation, management, and site supervision

·        Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and conduct site visits

·        Work closely with the Directors on all projects and office processes

·        Coordinate and manage staff within the office and when on site.

REQUIREMENTS

·        Degree in relevant field from a recognized institution

·        Proven experience as both an ambitious individual and effective team player within the industry

·        A good understanding of design philosophy and collaborative design processes

·        Advanced technical and graphic understanding and skills

·        Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, MS Office, SketchUp, Lumion and/or hand drawing skills

·        Clear English communication and presentation skills

·        Project and time management skills to meet targets and deadlines

·        Excellent leadership skills to manage and mentor team members

·        International Resort and/or Hotel project experience and understanding would be an advantage

·        Enthusiasm, an outgoing personality, and a good sense of humour!

·        A valid passport and willingness to travel.
