Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support the identification of learning and development needs and assist in developing relevant training programmes and learning solutions.

  • Assist in developing training materials, e-learning content and other learning resources, and support the facilitation of training sessions and workshops.

  • Coordinate learning activities, including course registration, training logistics, participant enrolment, scheduling and communication with employees and training providers.

  • Support onboarding and induction programmes, employee engagement initiatives and other learning and development activities.

  • Maintain training records and the Learning Management System (LMS), and support the administration and coordination of learning programmes.

  • Support performance management activities, including coordination, documentation and tracking of performance management processes.

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Diploma or Degree in Education, Learning & Development, Human Resources or a related discipline.

  • 0–3 years’ experience in Learning & Development, training, Human Resources or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.

  • Good communication, presentation and facilitation skills.

  • Experience in developing training materials, learning resources and/or digital learning content.

  • Good organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.

  • Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, managers and training providers.

  • Strong digital literacy, with familiarity in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online learning tools.

  • A proactive and learner-focused approach, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.

  • Experience in a technical, industrial, engineering, energy, oil & gas or other operational environment will be highly regarded.
