Role Description The Finance Business Partner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. The role involves partnering with business leaders to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and ensure alignment between financial performance and operational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and monitoring budgets and forecasts, performing variance and trend analysis, and preparing management reports that translate financial data into clear business narratives. The Finance Business Partner will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business cases, assess investment opportunities, and support resource allocation decisions. The role also includes improving financial processes, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting compliance with relevant regulatory and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Financial Reporting to support accurate analysis and compliance.
  • Candidates should possess robust Financial Planning and Business Planning skills to drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
  • Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, with experience using business intelligence or reporting tools.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; a professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is an advantage.
  • Candidates should possess experience in financial business partnering, FP&A, or related roles, ideally within fintech, financial services, or technology-driven organizations.
  • Candidates should possess a detail-oriented and proactive working style, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving, and sustainability-focused environment.
