Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content
• Develop marketing ideas to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up with potential customers
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing activities
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare basic reports
• Assist in other marketing-related tasks when required

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
• Preferably 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative, proactive and willing to learn
• Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
• Basic knowledge of Canva / CapCut is an advantage
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply!
