PMO Analyst / Junior Project Coordinator (IT Projects)

Proficiency in Mandarin is required for communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Contract : 12 Months Renewable

Location : Changi

Job Description:

• Support the PMO team in the coordination and administration of IT projects.
• Assist in tracking project schedules, milestones, deliverables and action items.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards and presentation materials.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
• Support budget and expense tracking, including purchase orders, invoices and payment-related documentation.
• Assist with resource tracking, onboarding and project staffing coordination.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and other stakeholders on project activities.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Support project governance and reporting activities.
• Perform general project and team administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 0–3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, business operations, IT or a related area would be advantageous.
• Good Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and general reporting skills.
• Exposure to Power BI or Power Automate is an advantage.
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders and following up on tasks.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required for communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Interest in developing a career in IT project management/PMO.
• Candidates with internship or project experience in banking, financial services or technology environments will have an advantage.
