Job Summary

You will support administrative operations in the West area by managing communications, data entry, invoice preparation, office inventory, and document handling to ensure smooth office workflow.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emails and telephone inquiries to support effective communication
• Perform accurate data entry and update the database system to maintain current records
• Prepare and monitor invoices to ensure timely billing and payment tracking
• Manage office supplies by maintaining inventory levels and ordering as needed
• Produce and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms to facilitate internal and external communication
• Assist in preparing regular service reports to support operational monitoring
• Execute administrative duties including filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning to maintain organized records
• Complete ad hoc office tasks as assigned to support daily office functions
