Job Summary
Our client is a fast-growing Malaysian tyre distribution and automotive solutions company, affiliated with a global network of one of the world’s leading tyre manufacturers. They are looking for a Billing Operations Executive based at their Subang Jaya office, with occasional visits to the Shah Alam warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
– Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
– Verify billing information and resolve discrepancies.
– Monitor billing schedules and payment status.
– Coordinate with sales, finance and customers on billing matters.
– Maintain billing records and prepare billing reports.
– Support month-end closing and handle invoice enquiries.

Requirements
– Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
– 1 to 3 years of experience in billing, finance operations or administration.
– Good numerical and analytical skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.
– Detail-oriented and able to work to deadlines.

REMUNERATION PACKAGES:
Basic Salary: RM3,000 to RM3,800

Paid Saturday overtime on rotation (1.5x rate)

Working Days: 5 days (Monday to Friday) + rotational Saturday overtime

Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.30pm
