Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
General Filing
Maintain and update employee personnel files, contracts, and HR records.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and statutoryrequirements.
Payroll & Salary Calculation
Assist in preparing monthly payroll, including overtime, allowances, anddeductions.
Verify attendance records and ensure accuracy in salary computation.
Support submission of CPF contributions and other statutory payments.
HR Generalist Functions
Support recruitment activities such as job postings, interview scheduling, andonboarding.
Assist in administering employee benefits, leave applications, and medicalclaims.
Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support.
Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company HR policies.
Construction Industry Support
Coordinate with site supervisors on manpower deployment and attendancetracking.
Assist in processing work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Maintain records of SEC certifications and other mandatory training for foreignworkers.
