Designation: Supply Chain Manager/ Head of Supply Chain

Job Scope:

• The Supply Chain Manager/ Head of Supply Chain is responsible for overseeing the overall supply chain planning and management process in the organisation.
• The role involves material planning and procurement, inventory and logistics management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform procurement of materials and goods both locally and overseas
• Plan, manage and co ordinate all activities related to the procurement of necessary materials
• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers/ vendors
• Manage and develop suppliers/ vendors
• Manage and track stock to ensure optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand
• Create and coordinate logistics arrangements to customers
• Track, measure and analyse company expenditures and provide report for management
• Provide weekly delivery reports to management for review
• Other coordination matters to ensure an efficient supply chain management

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain preferred
• At least 3 years of supply chain (procurement/ planning) work experience in Manufacturing environment
• Good experience in fabrication/ manufacturing mechanical part with strong production planning skills
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP and data management
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills
• Result-orientated, organized, meticulous with good problem solving skills, resourceful with high initiative and enjoy working in fast-paced environment

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
