The Role
A hands-on yet strategic position at the heart of HR operations and business partnering.
- Lead end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and full regulatory compliance
- Partner strategically with senior business leaders in an HR Business Partner capacity
- Champion HR compliance in line with current employment legislation
- Leverage people data to generate insights that support organisational decision-making
- Adapt to evolving HR team priorities as the function continues to grow
What We're Looking For
Experienced, credible and confident across both operational and strategic HR.
- Proven track record in payroll management and HR operations
- Solid understanding of Malaysian employment law and compliance obligations
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- A self-starter who thrives in a complex, large-scale environment
