Job Description
Responsibilities
We are looking for an Automation Design Engineer to serve as the key technical expert in designing automation solutions and developing technical proposals for manufacturing clients.
Key Responsibilities
Design automation solutions and develop technical/commercial proposals, including system layouts and cost estimates
Own the end-to-end technical process from concept design to commissioning and post-sales support
Design automated systems and custom mechanical fixtures using CAD software
Prepare and maintain project documentation (drawings, manuals, BOMs, service records)
Perform hands-on integration, including electrical wiring, control panel checks, and robot programming
Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to meet performance specifications
Provide on-site technical support during commissioning, servicing, maintenance, and customer training
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Strong mechanical design skills, ideally with full machine design experience (automation systems, robotics, fixtures, etc.)
Solid knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
Hands-on experience with motors, motion control, robotics, and automated production lines
