- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, Workday Studio, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Build and optimize calculated fields, custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite), and RaaS endpoints to support integration data needs.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs and specifications.
- Manage integration deployments across tenants; support Workday release (2x yearly) regression testing and remediate impacted integrations.
- Monitor scheduled integrations, troubleshoot failures, perform root-cause analysis, and drive permanent fixes.
- Implement secure data exchange (SFTP, PGP encryption, X.509 certificates, OAuth) and maintain integration security groups/ISUs.
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and change records; follow SDLC and change-management standards.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and data privacy requirements.
- 3–6 years of hands-on Workday integration development experience.
- Proven expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF, and Workday Web Services.
- Strong skills in XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, and web service protocols.
- Solid understanding of Workday HCM business processes, security model, and data model.
- Experience with integration troubleshooting, error handling, and performance tuning.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-communication skills.
