Responsibilities
Cook authentic north and south Indian dishes including Gravy, Biryani tandoori kebabs, Naan/ roti, different kind Dosas
Have to balance traditional spice blends and uphold authentic regional flavors.
should know how to manage stock inventory kitchen tasks
maintain strict personal and kitchen cleanliness, Hygiene & safety up to SFA requirements
Must have strong knowledge on cooking with put supervision Must be available to work on Public holidays and week ends ( off days will be remunerated or compensated )
Min 5 years of experience
No formal Qualifications required but at least primary education with good communication skill preferred.
must be ready to work under pressure at busy business time.
