• Cost Estimation: Calculate quantities from blueprints and forecast expenses for materials, equipment, and labor.
• Tendering & Procurement: Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ), evaluate bids, and help award contracts to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Financial Management: Monitor project spending, evaluate design changes or variations, and manage cash flow.
• Contract Administration: Value completed site work, process subcontractor payments, and help resolve contractual claims or disputes.
• Reporting: Deliver regular budget updates, cost forecasts, and financial reports to clients and senior managers.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
