Job Description

• Manage and grow relationships with an existing portfolio of business clients
• Identify opportunities to expand customer accounts through solution selling
• Conduct regular client meetings to understand business needs and provide updates
• Collaborate with consultants and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals and support funding or grant-related applications
• Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives across the company's software portfolio
• Maintain accurate account activity records and sales pipeline information within CRM systems

The Successful Applicant

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing or related disciplines
• Prior experience in account management, customer success, business development or sales preferred
• Exposure to software, SaaS, ERP, technology solutions or B2B sales environments would be advantageous
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience and long-term client success
• Self-motivated, proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
• Effective communication, presentation and organisational skills
