Our client is a Fintech organisation based in Kuala Lumpur, focused on building secure, scalable systems in the payment and financial technology space.
In this role, you will partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, shape solution designs, and ensure delivered systems are secure, resilient, and fit for purpose.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and lead stakeholder workshops to gather, document, and baseline business and functional requirements, ensuring each item has clear acceptance criteria and agreed scope boundaries.
- Review existing processes to uncover gaps and inefficiencies, translating findings into practical recommendations and solution specifications.
- Establish non-functional requirements covering performance, availability, and scalability, as well as security requirements such as authentication, encryption, and PCI-DSS compliance.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to convert requirements into system design, understand data flows and integration points, and perform UAT including error and exception handling scenarios.
- Create clear business requirement documents, process flows, user stories, and presentations to communicate progress and decisions to both business and technical stakeholders.
- Support delivery by tracking milestones, coordinating cross-functional meetings, and keeping business, technology, and QC teams aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Possesses minimum Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N3 Certification and above. BJT Certification is a plus point but not necessary.
- Solid grasp of security and domain requirements, including authentication, encryption, and banking security standards.
- Comfortable interpreting system workflows, data models, error scenarios, and integration points. Skilled in process mapping tools such as ************* and Lucidchart, as well as data tools including Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with ATDD and a collaborative approach to defining acceptance criteria alongside developers and QC teams.
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
