Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee the overall daily operations and production activities of the factory to ensure production targets are achieved.

- Monitor production processes to ensure product quality meets company standards and food safety requirements.

- Lead and manage the production team, allocate manpower effectively, and improve overall productivity.

- Ensure company SOPs are properly implemented and followed by all employees.

- Control production costs, minimize waste, and improve operational efficiency.

- Coordinate with the Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

- Manage the factory floor to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.

- Train, supervise, and evaluate employees to build a high-performing team.

- Identify and resolve production issues promptly while continuously improving production processes.

- Perform any other duties assigned by the company.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
