Job Summary

Drive sales at showrooms and events, deliver excellent service, process orders accurately and support team targets. (Curtain & Blinds)

Responsibilities

• Engage customers proactively at roadshows, pop-ups, and sales events to explain product features and benefits clearly
• Advise customers on product options, pricing, and promotions to meet their needs and close sales effectively
• Record and process sales orders, customer details, and documentation accurately following company standards
• Maintain tidy and welcoming display areas and showrooms to enhance customer experience
• Follow guidance from the Sales Supervisor to achieve individual and team KPIs
• Gather customer feedback and share market insights with the team to improve sales strategies

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum Secondary / GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level; fresh graduates welcome
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Prior retail, home decor, or consumer sales experience
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
• Proficiency in verbal and written English to communicate effectively with customers and team; additional languages are an advantage but not essential for core duties
