About the role

Assistant Technician position at a breeder broiler farm, responsible for maintenance, repair, and monitoring of electrical and mechanical systems supporting farm operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electrical/mechanical equipment, including 3-phase motors, control panels and power supply systems

• Assist senior technicians in installing wiring systems, equipment and 3-phase electrical connections

• Monitor water pumps, electrical systems (including 3-phase distribution), and farm ventilation

• Conduct basic inspections, check equipment performance and report findings

• Manage tools, spare parts and farm equipment

• Assist senior technicians with various tasks as needed

About you

• Possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields

• Knowledge and basic hands-on ability in single-phase (1-phase) and three-phase (3-phase) AC electrical systems

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with no experience are also encouraged to apply)

• Willing to work and stay inside the farm
