Job Responsibilities:

• Build the "Spider" precisely according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Perform PCB assembly, including through-hole and surface-mount soldering to high standards.
• Rigorously inspect solder joints and assemblies to identify and resolve quality defects.
• Execute fine-tuning and testing procedures to ensure product performance.
• Operate production tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Strictly adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality requirements.
• Identify and immediately report any production variances or defects to supervisors.
• Uphold a clean and organized workstation in full compliance with 5S standards.
• Ensure all daily production targets and deadlines are met without compromise.
• Always enforce safety rules and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protocols.
• Actively implement cost-saving measures and minimize material waste.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as directed by management to support production needs.

Job Requirements:

• SPM / Diploma / Sijil in Electrical & Electronic, Mechanical or any other relevant course
• 1-3 years of working experience in assembly operator is an added advantage
• Capable of using hand tools (e.g., tweezers, pliers) and following technical guides to assemble small, precise parts.
• Fast learner and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional team
