Able to perform job matching, selection & shortlisting of potential candidates and explore the different platforms to create a recruitment channel
Develop effective recruitment/ training strategies
Collect, monitor, and present data on recruitment drives
Learn different skills and knowledges to prepare for progression
Requirements
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Self-driven with a strong desire to excel
Strong communication skills to conduct training effectively
Establish and maintain a good relationship with potential candidates
Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Full training will be provided
Qualification
Diploma and above
