GETO Global Construction Tech Malaysia Hiring! Full Time Logistics Assistant in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

Ø Handling international logistics and customs information inquiries, including shipping, customs, import and export licenses, special certification operations, etc.

Ø Monitor the shipping activity with regard to preparation of Shipping Documentation, Shipping Instructions, Scheduling, and other shipping related matters to ensure timely delivery / arrive of goods and customs clearance.

Ø International settlement operations for export projects, including but not limited to letter of credit review, document production and presentation, D/A & D/P document collection, international financing through forfaiting, etc.

Ø Follow up the actual arrangement of the formwork returning to the factory according to the lease and repurchase agreement, i.e. the logistics arrangement and liaise with the site supervisor.

Ø Manage receivables/payables according to contract payment terms.

Ø Maintain and update A/P, logistics, and transportation data reports.

Ø Assist the Sales Team with other work-related matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
