WE ARE HIRING – E-HAILING CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Location: Medini 9, Iskandar Puteri, Johor
Intake: September 2026 (Immediately Hiring)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer enquiries and provide support for e-hailing services
• Assist with account, booking and service-related enquiries
• Provide accurate information and suitable solutions to customers
• Handle customer concerns professionally via the assigned support channels
• Record and update customer cases in the system
• Ensure a positive customer experience

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Must NOT have any registered e-hailing account
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work on rotational shifts
• Willing to work 6 days per week
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required
• Able to start in September 2026
