Job Scope

• Coordinate transport arrangements and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely deployment of equipment.
• Liaise with customers, site personnel and internal teams on site clearance and required documentation.
• Handle customer enquiries via email, phone and messaging platforms, providing prompt and professional support.
• Provide pre-delivery and after-sales administrative support.
• Prepare and process sales orders, delivery orders, commercial invoices, proforma invoices, packing lists and other required documents.
• Manage export documentation and ensure all required documents are complete, accurate and properly maintained.
• Maintain timely and accurate filing and documentation records.
• Maintain up-to-date equipment certifications and related documentation.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate sales and operational records.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Sales Department.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics, planning, customer service, sales support or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with computer-based systems.
• Strong coordination, communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and highly accountable.
• Good time management with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
• Responding to work phone after office hour for urgent cases basis is required
