Job Responsibilities:

• Handle import or export operations, including shipment coordination, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery tracking.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, logistics providers, and suppliers.
• Handle purchasing activities when required, including sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiation, PO issuance, and order follow-up.
• Manage local and overseas suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for shipments and purchasing activities.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, International Trade, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in import/export, purchasing, or logistics.
• Familiar with import/export documentation, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
• Good negotiation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.
