• Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
• Keep records and reports up to date
• Organize and schedule for the daily task
• Handle technical issues in their area of expertise
• Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Issue invoices, debit notes, and credit notes, purchase order
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reports
• Coordinate and manage export/import shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Arrange container bookings with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transport providers.
• Prepare and verify export/import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other shipping-related documents.
• Coordinate closely with Planning, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure products are ready for shipment according to schedule.
• Plan and monitor container loading activities to maximize efficiency and ensure on-time delivery.
• Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport providers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve logistics issues to minimize delays.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Experience with the SQL system is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks and additional analysis/data as per client’s/Management’s request
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
